Road rehabilitation work on MT 37 complete for 2024
Crews to return in 2025
EUREKA, Mont. - The Montana Department of Transportation (MDT), along with construction partner Schellinger Construction, Inc., have completed construction activities on Montana Highway 37 (MT 37) for 2024. The project begins at the bridge over Sutton Creek, 3 miles north of Peck Gulch Campground, and extends approximately 12 miles north, to just past the intersection with Salmon Drive.
This summer, crews replaced deteriorating asphalt pavement with new asphalt, as well as installed new signage, pavement markings, guardrail, and rumble strips. Crews will return in 2025 to complete seeding activities and seal the roadway.
The public is encouraged to contact Joan Redeen at 406-396-1978 with any questions or comments.
