FRENCHTOWN, Mont. - The Montana Department of Transportation (MDT) is announcing and inviting the public to comment on a proposal to add signage and lighting on Beckwith Street located west of the Interstate 90 (I-90) Frenchtown Interchange, near the Railroad crossing.

The purpose of installing the light and signs is to address roadway departure crashes at the 90-degree curve in the road.

Construction is tentatively planned for 2026 depending on completion of design and availability of funds.
