BIGFORK, Mont. — The Montana Department of Transportation (MDT) and Sletten Construction will pour concrete for the Sportsman’s Bridge foundation on Thursday, May 28, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Drivers should anticipate delays of up to 15 minutes.

A 10-foot width restriction will also be in place. Vehicles exceeding this width will need to take an alternate route.

Crews will pour concrete to form the last in-water bridge pier cap. During these activities, the bridge’s eastbound lane will be closed. Traffic will move in a single lane controlled by temporary traffic signals and flaggers, alternating eastbound and westbound traffic.

For questions or concerns, please contact Sloane Stinson at 406-207-4484, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., or email sloane@bigskypublicrelations.com.
